Interview Questions

There are two components to this challenge; they will test your critical thinking to understand and dissect industry dynamics, the ability to empathize with the user, process orientation, and communication skills. Treat this as if you were a contributor to the project contributing all you can to move these business objectives forward.

Rule:

• Ideally the response to the challenges is a single document with sub-links to relevant work.
• We are very flexible on specific format and tool choices, including Google docs, HTML, Figma, Notion, Plain text etc.
• You must complete all three aspects to be eligible for the role

Part I: Create a competition analysis:

Research and study the home services organizations and other alternatives that today the user has to start a business in this industry.

1. List Main Street's direct and indirect competitors in the home services domain
2. Build a dashboard to show relevant figures for each alternative (costs, projected income, etc)
