• my only incremental requirement is that they’ve discovered a biz problem or developed IP / innovation and organized a set tools (tech stack) from scratch to solve and scale the problem / innovation (no internal tools)
  • they MUST be able to articulate this very well
    • i should be able to conceptualize the problem and solution set through their articulation (written or verbal)
  • it MUST be a hard problem or force multiplier
    • this too needs to be articulated well
    • i built a team to solve xyz is a terrible answer here

feedback

1. for the experience part, keep the first part, change to "what type of roles have you had hire for"
2. change to has built either customer success, product ops or ops teams @Danilo Vicioso Should I change that in the JD too?
3. delete the analytical part
4. would add "ability to turn ops process into product: what is your experience working with product team to automate some of your ops workflow"
