💡 Main Street is looking for an email-focused CRM leader to launch and lead our CRM efforts. Your responsibility will be to own three different customer experiences: (1) business owner leads: those considering launching a business with us, (2) active business owners: those, starting, running and growing their businesses with Main Street (3) homeowners: the customers of our customers. This is a very hands-on leadership role, focused on both strategy and execution, and reporting directly to the COO.

- You know what success looks like, and how to manage the road there. You will determine what KPIs are the most important to track, and these will keep you up at night.
- You keep your eyes open broadly across the organization. You have a strong sense for what each team is doing at all times, understand their business drivers and metrics, and roll up your sleeves to jump in when need be.
- You are one of the most organized people you know. You are able to manage multiple priorities at the same time, and prioritize appropriately.
